How to place your order:
1. Choose a fabric from the fabric section. All fabrics are labeled with letter/number combo in bottom left and will say what widths they work with. Click here to see fabrics.
2. Choose your collar type (see below for details).
3. Choose your width of collar - this is definitely based on your preference. My 35lb dog wears a 1.5" because I like the look of a thick collar, but some people prefer thinner collars. Please note the widths at the top of fabric options!
4. If ordering a martingale or NBS, please indicate if you want a tag holder added.
Types of collars:
Breakaway: These are for cats and only come in 1/2" width, comes with a bell!
Quick Release Buckle: I offer both plastic and metal buckles
NBS (No Buckle Slide): These are like a buckle collar, but without a buckle, so must be slid over the head. Make sure the size you order will be big enough to slide over your dog's head!
MARTINGALES: Be sure you measure the biggest part of your dogs head and choose a size that will fit over the head!
Fabric martingale: This is a limited slip collar, highly recommend this for pets who are good at backing out of their collar or for pups that need a little correction while training
Chain Martingales: Same as a fabric martingale except the tightening loops is a chain
Buckle Martingales: These are recommended for dogs that have a huge head and little neck, or for anyone who likes a martingale with a quick release option.
Adjustability: Collars are adjustable at least 2 inches up/down from size ordered. The smaller the collar, the less adjustable it will be. Buckle martingales are an exception. They are much less adjustable - about 3/4-2" adjustable (size dependent).

Care:
Fabric collars are similar to a t-shirt. If you wear the same t-shirt all the time and never wash it, it's going to get ruined quicker and fade faster than your other shirts.
Hand washing with cold water is highly recommended, although machine washing with cold water, on a low setting can work as well (but fabric may fade quicker). Do not use hot water, do not dry in a dryer! Lay flat to dry.
Return Policy:
Because these are custom made items and typically cannot be resold, returns are rarely accepted. Please message me if you are having an issue with your order.
